Carrot Broccoli Soy Milk Smoothie

Carrots are great for your immune system. The antioxidants in broccoli, such as indol-3-carbinol, glucosinolates and crambene, have been associated with lower cancer risks.

Carrot Broccoli Soy Milk Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • ½ cup frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup green tea, chilled
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • Honey to taste

Directions

Blend all ingredients together, adding a bit more green tea if the mixture isn’t too thick.
